We collect your application details strictly to evaluate your fit for the founding cohort and to notify you about your application status. We do not sell your personal data, we do not spam you, and we do not run tracking scripts for third-party ad networks.
1. What We Collect
When you apply for Talent Trade, we collect the details you explicitly provide in the application form:
- Your contact information (name, email address, phone number, and country).
- Your professional links (LinkedIn, personal website, or business links).
- Your business details and responses to our application questions.
- The specific skills you offer and the skills you are looking to trade for.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Review your application by hand to select members for the founding cohort.
- Send you updates regarding your application status.
- Identify potential skill matches among applicants for the upcoming barter exchange.
- Improve platform features and understand user interest via basic event analytics.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted cloud infrastructure to store and process your data securely:
- Google Firebase / Firestore: Securely hosts our database and processes application submissions in real time.
- Google Analytics: Collects anonymous usage stats (like form progression and submission success rates) to help us fix bugs.
4. Your Data & Right to Erasure
You own your data. If at any point you want us to update your details or completely delete your application from our records, email us at privacy.talent@oshanrasanjana.online and we will permanently wipe your record within 48 hours.
